 Order Processing

• All orders are prepared and processed within 3–5 business days.
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the next business day.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking number when your package ships.

 Shipping Timeframes

 

• Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3–4 business days after processing.
• Economy Shipping: Typically delivers within 5–8 business days after processing.
  Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Nyame Dua Naturals is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact your postal carrier directly to file a claim.

 

 Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at nyameduallc@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and assist you promptly.

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
